Dunsborough 3

Location: Dunsborough WA

Design & Drafting: In house at Valmadre

This two storey family home in Old Dunsborough enjoys a natural bush outlook to the north from the upper floor balcony, and fairway greens of the Old Dunsborough Golf Course to the west from the ground floor alfresco at the rear. With easy living as the brief, the home has wide passageways and corridors and generous sized living spaces. A combination of rendered brickwork to the ground floor level and lightweight timber framed construction to the upper level were assessed as the best solution for this particular site.
