Designed and built by Valmadre Homes, this spectacular home is a true testament to our passion for building excellence.
Overlooking the turquoise waters of Eagle Bay, the design was created from an initial pencil sketch provided by our client. The house was build to accommodate friends and family and make the most of the outlook through the trees to the bay beyond.
The design incorporated split level design to keep it low to the landscape and orientated for winter sun and summer shade.
