The renovation brief was to improve the size and functionality of the home. Almost every m2 of this home was renovated to lift the natural light and provide optimal solar passive performance. The living room was redesigned to maximise the natural light and winter sun to the north.
A very sheltered covered deck was added to the North East of the living space.
