This home was built up on one level to maximise ocean and valley views, while car parking, water tanks are contained under the elevated home.
Large steel poles support the house above a natural looking granite escarpment, making the home appear to float above the sloping site. A private glass stairwell invites you up from the garage into the main living area. An east facing deck is covered by an operable roof and overlooking the ocean.
The views, quality of building work, easy maintenance of the house are beyond our expectations. It is better than we ever imagined.
