The western red cedar cladding used on this home gives a beach rustic element to the contemporary architectural forms. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was designed and built around the existing pool. The striking Ardex pandomo flooring is a show stopper in this home, the way it flows through the house and connects so beautifully with the pool area, lending to the inside/outside feel.
Large north facing windows with substantial eaves were incorporated into the master bedroom, living/dining area to capture the low angled winter sun. Deep west facing roof overhang framed up the outdoor entertaining area, creating shelter from the harsh afternoon sun.
